After doing some projects around the RV, decided to take off from the RV park around 1pm. One item I have on my list- to visit the Wupatki indians ruins. This Nat'l park is located off of 89 NE of Fagstaff. My first stop was at the Citadel ruins- great views. Then moved onto the Center. Nice Visitor center with a trail leading to the Wapatki ruins. So much history here. Its amazing that over 2000 people in this vast dry area engaged in farming but also in ceremony, trade and various crafts.
From here decided to go after a brand new geocache near by, see the next log entry.
