Sat 10/04. Here at Meteor Crater today was open house for northern AZ residents (free admission). Busy day. MC offered a FULL rim hike which you had to signed up at the Flagstaff Sci Fair the previous week. Only 24 people were allowed to participate. All showed up on time at 8:15am. The hike started at 8:30 and lasted for 3 hours. Great adventure. The Tour Guide Director Ed was the lead person with me being the "trailer" guide. Several lectures were given during the hike. Fun morning. I'll post a Web Album later. I was asked to do this serveral weeks ago by the MC Site Mgr. Hoping to hike to the bottom before leavling here.

Right: Near the end of the hike, wind was starting- really hard.
