geocaching in Holbrook-tue 3/23

Tuesday 3/23/10
Kathy/Derek & I left the RV park to head for Holbrook about an 1 hr from here. Our first stope was at Jack Rabbit where we met up with Kathy's parents (Kathy & Bob) and their grandson Cody. The first cache was near the railroad tracks. From there we headed to an area noted for petrographs. See picture. Back onto the road to a neat park at the entrance to Holbrook. We found seven caches in all. Stopped for a late lunch call El Rancho. Fun Day.

Me

Old building in Holbrook now the vistor center. Cache hidden in the wishing well.

Neat area. Indian looking at a cowboy. Thought I would look too. :)

The last cache was out in this cattle ranch. On a small hill. The cows were watching us.
In the cafe gift shop.
