Trip to Prescott Valley to visit friend, Russ, from Greeley CO.
7/01 sunday
Left after work. On the road by 3:30p for a 2 1/2 hr dirve. Not bad. Russ comes in from CO to ck on his house here in PV. After some catching up we had a BBQ. A nice walk afterwads. Then to bed early for me.
7/02 monday
Since Russ had some projects to finish up, I took off to do geocaching. Near by is a trail call the Iron Lion trail. Old train track (no tracks) for the mines during the 1900's . Lots of caches here.about a 4mi hike. Got back about 1pm for lunch then we headed out for a movie. Later dinner at Denney's.
7/03 tuesday
Did some cleaning then off to Subway for breakfast at 7:15am. Russ was catching the shuttle bus to Phx airport. Then a drive for me to Prescott (in the mtn's). Then more geocaching. A stop at the Casino before returning to Meteor Crater RV. Arrived here about 6pm.
