Month of SEPT recaps

9/16 tue evening: GHOST HUNTING. Two of the employees at Meteor Crater are ghost huners. Got invited to go with a small group. We were on the trail at the M.C. rim at 8 pm to an area of ruins (was a sm house used by the men looking for the Iron in 1903). There was a full moon- really awesome. Sue & Harrel use these elec devices know as EMF's that measure the elec engery. If ghosts are present the lights will come on (5 lights ) based on the strength of the elec force. YES, about an hour into it we did get some readings for about 3/4 min. Cool. New adventure.

9/16 tue: More sightseeing in Flagstaff today and geocaching along the way. Then it started to rain (+ thunder/lighting), like heavy. Soooo went to Sizzler for a salad early dinner. Here's a pic of the rainbow thru the window.

9/15 mon: Went to area known as Buffalo range for a geocache. No buffalo, was told later I had to go further in- maybe next time. The area is covered in so many new flowers do to the rains. Then off to the movie- saw "Burn after reading" . My rating was so so. Brad Pit does a great job.

9/8-10 mon/wed: Returned to Yuma. Had a dentist appt on tue. My crown came off while flossing. oops. Great day of geocaching going to Yuma. Same coming back to Flagstaff.

9/03 wed: Morning of geocaching near Flagstaff. Walked on a section of the Urban Trail. Nice sunny day with lots of trees. Going thru a meadow of yellow flowers, came across some perrie dogs digging-cute. Found four caches. From here went into town for a oil change on the jeep and then a haircut.

9/01 mon: Labor Day. Went to Payson via Hwy 87. Sunny day. Great views being in the mountains. Stopped in Pine for lunch called the 50's Dinner. Great hamburgers. Did some geocaching along the way. In Payson, went to the Casino. Won $50 which paid for the gas. :) All day trip, returning about 7:30pm. fun day.
