Twin arrow casino 5/3
Fri evening after work, some of us went to the new Casino called Twin Arrows (Navajo). About 12 mi from meteor crater rv park.The grand opening will be 5/22. Like wow. It does have a las Vegas feel. There for about an hour then back home.

After breakfast headed to show low to open TJ's condo. Arrived about 11:30am. Got the main water valve open, tough one. Hard to turn. Then got everthing turned on inside. Connected with Coni, so went over to his house. He hd company, Brian who lives in SL full time. After a nice visit off to have a very late lunch. Back to the condo. Did some walking on Joe Tank road in front of condo. Of course there are new geocaches in the area.
Monday
Back to Winslow. Stopped at Wal*Mart for a hair cut. Then on to Flagstaff to have the Jeep"s oil change and later tires rotated. Back to Rv park around 6pm. Hmmmm tire.

Came back from Sedona for our BBQ
Former employees Sue & Harold are here for a few days. So we had a pot luck BBQ. About 10 people. Nice evening in spite of the wind.

Sedona 4/21
Drive to Sedona>geocaching>visit friends at Cresent Moon Ranch>back to rv park

Nice sunny morning. Drove to Sedona. Stopped at a campground call Manizanta for a geocache near the creek. Continue on to Sedona, traffic was heavy. Stopped for another geocache but couldn't find it. Onto the Sedona Police deparment for a geocache which was really fun. Then to Upper Red Rock loop dr which takes you to the state park call Cresent Moon Ranch. One stop along the way for a geocache. Arrived at park to visit friends Cathy & Jim (former meteor crater season workers). Jim gave me a tour of park which is a Day Use park. Left here about 4pm to get back for a BBQ (next post).

Off to Flagstaff for a nice early breakfast at Denny's. Movie at 1030am, Oblivion-good one.
Found a geocache in town. Shopping at Wal-Mart and Sam's club. Then back to Rv park.

Sedona mon 4/15

The Don's left early this morning from the Rv park. I did some clean up at the trailer before leaving for Sedona to do some geocaching. Nice sunny morning but very windy.
1st stop hike (2mi) to a canyon with awesome views. Another stop at Oak creek canyon view . Continue to Sedona. A little window shopping before lunch. Some geocaching. A quick stop at the Vistor center in Sedona on the way back. Reurn to Rv park around 5pm.

Perified forest 4/13

The Don's arrived at Meteor Crater friday afternoon. They are heading back home in WI. After work spent a nice visit and dinner cooked by big Don.

We left for the Perified Forest east of Holbrook. A National Park. Then to winslow for lunch at a Mexican rstr. A quick stop at Wal-Mart before returning to the park.

Left early for Show low (no pictures). Stopped at TJ's condo for a check up. Planning a return end of the month to open it up for TJ. From there over to see Chuck./Bill place to see it. Bill had us move the mercedi from one garage to another. Then lunch. Some more sight seeing before returning to MC.,
